A regularly assigned team of SYNERGY Cleaning Solutions will clean your home. All employees are uniformed and trained. Our Cleaning Professionals will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances while inside your home.
We work as a single person or in teams of two people to four, depending on the size of homes and hours in our schedule.
Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We make every effort to meet your needs, so if you have any emergency cleaning needed we are glad to work for you at no addition charge.
We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, SYNERGY Cleaning Solutions will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item.

If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. A closed door or drawer is your signal to us that you do not want that area to be cleaned.
To help maintain our high quality standards and your security, SYNERGY Cleaning Solutions screens our applicants and hires only the best candidates. We conduct background checks.
Yes, of course. We are insured and bonded.
No. SYNERGY Cleaning Solutions brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies so you never need to worry about replenishing your supply for our maids. If you have special cleaning products you want the maids to use, please be sure to discuss this with the office owner or manager in advance, so that we can properly instruct the team.
This is your option. The large majority of our clients prefer NOT to be home when we clean. Some clients let us in before they leave for work and show us how to let ourselves out.

You may give us a key to be safely stored. Only the owner and/or production manager can access the client key. Maids are driven by the manager to your home for every cleaning appointment. The keys are stored in the safe by the owner and/or manager after they leave your house each evening. These keys are returned to the key safe until the next cleaning appointment.
We accept major Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Cash or Checks
Each home is different.  There are several factors that determine pricing, such as square footage, time, pets, children, etc. A significant factor in price is how often we clean your home.  If it is a weekly job, then the price could be less than a monthly job because homes tend to get dirty over a long period of time. We recommend having your home cleaned at least twice a month, possibly weekly, depending on the complexity of your home.
Commercial pricing is a totally different price structure. But, it still comes down to complexity of the job, frequency of the cleanings, and the total time it takes to get the job done.
SYNERGY Cleaning Solutions ordinarily guarantee a specific day for your cleaning, doing our best to be there at your desired time. If you need a specific time guarantee, feel free to discuss this with us. Within reason, we will do our best to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
Simply call us prior to your cleaning day. We really appreciate a minimum 24-hour notice to reschedule your cleaning.

If you need to reschedule a cleaning without proper notice, we will not have enough opportunity to fill the schedule with another client.

We have a cancellation fee and will assess the fee if necessary, although we want to help you avoid incurring these fees!
If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give your SYNERGY Cleaning Solutions team access to your home on your scheduled day. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code for SYNERGY Cleaning Solutions.
Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, to allow us to clean your home better and more efficiently.
